Our insurance company directed us to use Serv Pro after having a fire in our home. They strictly did clean up. They deal with a company for cleaning services for clothes and bed linens also. I was totally amazed at how much it cost. They were very prompt and easy to contact those were good things. On the other hand they did not always do the job well. I am not convinced this was the best job that could have been done. There were things that needed to be recleaned. I had to go around and check on a lot of stuff, I don't know if it as thorough or as good of a job as who I would have liked. We did not have a choice and I don't have anything to compare it to since it is who the insurance company uses. We did have to call them back a couple things to redo things. Often times they did not show up when they said they would. I would probably not chose them if I had a choice and needed services again.
