It went poorly and it was redone on holiday but in the end it's still not satisfactorily and I sent a complaint and they never got back to me. The job was delayed about three months to find a new contractor.

They did a very good job. They finished it off very well. They did a beautiful job. It was very inexpensive. They were prompt and they were reasonable.

I had purchased a lawn mower and they offered me a free estimate on my roof.  I spoke with a consultant and signed an e-contract at the beginning but they told me they would give me a contract also.  They came on 5/30 and removed the roof and threw the rubbish all across my lawn and driveway because they had no dumpster from the start, which I found unusual.  They left this in my driveway for at least 5 days it did rain a few days but I can't believe they didn't have a dumpster before starting the job.  The job wasn't complete until 6/12/13.  I say the job was complete until everything was removed.  They didn't remove the roof vent like they said they would either.  The work supervisor was just awful, I had to end up yelling at him.  I still haven't received my contract and I have called twice to get my contract and finally have contacted an attorney to see if he can obtain this contract for me.  I will say the roof looks good but this was such a sloppy job during the process that I will not be using them again.

They told us we'd receive a call in one or two days.  We received no call, and after many calls back to them, we never received a call and no repair has been made.  They would up charging $16,000 for a unit that isn't worth that much and doesn't work properly.  They did not properly ground the new electrical panel they installed and several other electrical connections were not properly connected either.  We've called supervisors, and pretty much everyone including escalations to corporate, and nothing has happened.  When they came for a separate repair several weeks ago, they made me sign a paper without letting me read through the papers.  Everything with them, from the work to the customer service, has been a horrible nightmare.  I would never recommend them again.
