They're mostly here on time. They mostly show up. It's a "mostly" kind of a deal. They mostly take care of the problem. They're alright.

They do a good job. They come out every 3 months. They keep your appointment time. They call if there is an issue. They explain what they did when they were here. They are very prompt and very attentive to any questions we ask. They take care of our pests; they are careful about that kind of thing.

The experience was fine. I referred them to my aunt for the service. She was pleased. They gave the explanation as they did the service. All the appointments were kept and followed through. They are dependable. They seemed to take good care of the problem. I didn't compare the prices.

The same technician has been taking care of our building for nearly 4 years. He has always done thorough work, called ahead to confirm appointments, and been very polite.

When we first started using them, it was pretty rocky, but they have since gotten straightened out. In the beginning, they really were not attentive enough. We really had a problem that needed attention, and they just came out once. Come to find out they had staffing issues, but they have since gotten them resolved. The service guy they now send out is terrific.
