Edmond has been cleaning our home since 2006! In fact, he helped me clean out an apartment I was moving out of at that time and then began cleaning our home on a biweekly, sometimes monthly basis. Edmond is thorough and affordable! He has also done little odd handy jobs for us, including installing our front outdoor light and hanging wall items we did not have time to do. Edmond also does an excellent painting job, and has essentially painted our entire house! I highly recommend his services for house cleaning and help with your home. He also cleans my husband's mother home! We are located in Center City and she is in Huntingdon Valley, so you can see the range of his services in terms of location. He is honest, friendly, and most importantly professional and reliable!

They come and scrub the hard wood floors, 6 bathrooms, vacuum, and dust. They come when I'm gone. They have been very good. I have never had a problem. If there is a problem they give me a call.

I tried them again on a second job, and while the cleaning was a little better, one of the company owners left a cell phone in the apartment and locked it inside by accident when they left. They called me that night and the female owner and I arranged to meet the next morning at the property so they could retrieve it. When we went there the next day, there was no phone. The tenant moving out had been in the apt. that night after the cleaners left to remove leftover property and trash, and told me it was possible it was thrown out. My hands were tied. When the male owner found out that the phone was gone, he then proceeded to viciously harass me by phone for two days straight. He left several threatening, screaming messages, accusing me of stealing his phone and demanding me to pay him for the value of the phone. I would seriously caution anyone considering allowing these folks into your home, I still don't know if this was some sort of set up.

They were very good. Set up the appointment and told them I had time constraints and they called me back to reschedule to fit my schedule. They came on time and did a very good job.

They were not that thorough. They did the cleaning in an empty house for me while I was not there and it was less than satisfactory. The initial phone call I had with the company quoted me $100 for a basic cleaning and then in a return call a deep cleaning was $200. I chose the deep cleaning package. They didn't clean the stove or the bathrooms. My advice would be if you hire them, you need to monitor their work.

We called on a Thursday morning and requested ASAP deep cleaning of our home. They were very pleasant on the telephone and were able to schedule us for the following Saturday morning at 9 AM. They arrived 25 minutes late and did not call to let us know. There were 3 people in the group that came - the owner, her husband and their son. The entire cleaning took about 3 hours and we were VERY unsatisfied with the results. They do not move ANYTHING in order to clean, and they did not tell us this until the very end and as a consequence of this the baseboards were nearly not cleaned at all. We would have been happy to move everything to the centers of the rooms if they had asked or told us that they would not be able to clean those areas but they did not tell us that. There were still food stains on the kitchen counter, and many dust bunnies in both bedrooms. I requested that these be re-done and they were done resentfully and sloppily. I will NEVER hire this company again.

"WE ARE NOT AT ALL SURPRISED AT THIS REPORT, THOUGH WE MORE THAN BENT OVER BACKARDS TO PERFORM THE ULTIMATE IN CLEANING. THE CLIENT THOUGHT THAT OUR CLEANING WOULD SOLVE THEIR MAJOR FLEA PROBLEM WITH THEIR CAT. AS I TELL ALL MY CLIENTS, WE BRING CLEANING SUPPLIES & THE CLIENT PROVIDES A VACUUM. SHE WAS ALSO INFORMED. WE TOLD HER THAT WE LOST OUR CELLPHONE, THEREFORE WE COULDN'T CALL WHILE WE WERE RUNNING LATE. THEY HAD HEAVY BOXES & BOXES WITH DO NOT TOUCH/DESTROY NOTES ON THEM & THEREFORE THOSE ITEMS WERE NOT MOVED &/OR TOUCHED (AS WAS LOGICAL). AND AS WE WERE WORKING, SHE & HER PARTNER WALKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE CLEANING. THUS THE STREAKS CAUSED BY THEIR SHOES. THEN THERE WERE THE FLEAS ALL OVER THE COUCH, BED, BASEBOARDS, AND OTHER FURNITURE BUT DESPITE THAT, WE STAYED & COMMITTED TO THE JOB. NOW IF THAT'S NOT PROFESSIONALISM THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS HAD PERMANENT MARKS THAT SHE POINTED OUT WAS A BAD JOB DONE BY CONTRACTORS (NOT US). MUCH TO OUR DISMAY, AS WELL AS HER PARTNER'S VOICED DISMAY, THE CAT WAS LET OUT OF QUARANTINE DURING OUR CLEANING & DUE TO THE FLEA MEDICATION GIVEN TO THE CAT, IT SHEDS FUR (NOT DUST BUNNIES) & SPREAD IT OVER ALL AREAS THAT HAD BEEN CLEANED (AS EXPECTED, THUS IT NEEDED TO BE KEPT IN ONE AREA). DUE TO THE QUANTITY OF FLEAS CLEANED OUT OF THIS HOME, MY TEAM & I WENT HOME, SHED & DESTROYED OUR CLOTHING & TOOK SHOWERS BEFORE DOING OUR NEXT CLIENT. THIS WAS A JOB WE WILL NEVER FORGET."

The wife of the couple who own the business answered my call and scheduled a deep cleaning for the next working day. We also scheduled bi-weekly cleanings for $100 in addition to the deep cleaning for $300. They arrived very promptly. The husband-owner and a younger relative did the actual cleaning, and I could not be more pleased with the results. They were so thorough! I saw one thing I wanted redone, and that was done quickly without any resentment. All three people I dealt with were friendly and courteous while still being very businesslike. It was an excellent experience.

I called them on a Thursday. The number I called was the one listed here. A young girl answered the phone with a "Hello" and I had to ask if I'd reached the cleaning company. When she said they weren't there and she didn't know when they'd be back, I left a message with her really not even being sure I would get a call back. I was happy to be proven wrong. Within the hour I got a call back and was told I could be scheduled for the following Tuesday, but that there might be an opening on Monday and was I interested. I was. Sure enough, an hour or so later, they called back and we scheduled for between 1:00 and 1:30 pm Monday. At about 1:15, she called and said they were running late on another job but they would be here soon. They arrived around 1:45 and everything went smoothly from there.

Emailed for estimate and was called back immediately. Given estimate then called back to schedule. They phoned me to update their arrival time. Three people arrived with their own supplies. They were a pleasure to have and left my house sparkling and smelling great.

They arrived on time - cleaned my son's apartment until it sparkled. I can only say they were AMAZING and I They were TERRIFIC. I don't think I've ever seen a home cleaned as well. They cleaned my son's apartment - attention to detail was amazing. Highly recommend them. Would use them again any time.

I find L & E to be professional and trustworthy as I am not home when they clean. Their employees are also very friendly and personable. I do find the price to be higher than others, however they do quality work.

L & E were on time, professional, and committed to doing a good job for us. The house was spotless! Edmund and another worker arrived exactly at noon as we had agreed. They stayed till 8 in the evening to get the job done in preparation for our first realtor's open house the next and we got a full price offer on the house the first week it was up for sale. I will use them again when I move into our new place. Great job!

Easy communication via email and phone. They were almost on time (got a little lost, but so do most folks that come to my house). Staff was both thorough and nice, and seemed eager to please. Overall, I'm happy with the service, especially the master bath, which is sparkling. I will most likely be asking them back on a regular basis for more routine cleaning.

Lydia and/or Edmund do an good job of cleaning. However, not once have they been on time. They have cleaned my house 4 or 5 times over the last several months and I waited to do this report in the hopes that their punctuality would improve. It has not. Though Lydia usually calls, it has become increasingly annoying that they are always at least 1/2 hour late, or wish to change appointment days. My last appointment, Edmund did not show and Lydia said she would schedule a new appointment. It has been 5 days and she has yet to get back to me.

"WHAT I FIND EVERY ODD ABOUT THIS REPORT IS THAT THIS MEMBER DID NOT INCLUDE THAT HER LAST 3 CLEANING WERE NOT THE USUAL SCHEDULED CLEANING DATES. THEY WERE TO ACCOMMODATE HER REQUEST AND WERE CHOSES BETWEEN VARYING DAYS. I PROVIDE EACH OF MY CLIENTS WITH DATES OF THEIR NEXT 4-5 SCHEDULED CLEANING. AND SHE WOULD LATER REQUEST CHANGES IN DATES BUT STATE THAT IT COULD BE ANY DAY TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. I SHOULD CHECK MY CALENDAR AND GET VIA VOICEMAIL WITH INFORMATION. AND I AM VERY INFORMATIVE OF SCHEDULING ISSUES AND WOULD PROVIDE LIKELY TIME THAT WE COULD BE THERE. I BELIEVE I HAVE RECEIVED ONE CALL ON SELECTION FROM HER AND THE OTHERS WERE SELECTED BY ME. THE ONLY TIME EDMOND WAS LATE WAS HIS FIRST TIME THERE AND HE GOT LOST; WE CHANGED APPOINTMENT DATES DUE TO A MAJOR FAMILY EMERGENCY; AND EDMOND NOT SHOWING UP ON THE LAST DATE THAT WAS NOT FINALIZED. THEN AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER ON 5/4 TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANY DAY BETWEEN 5/8-5/11, SHE SENT ME AN EMAIL ON 5/7 STATING SHE WISH TO CANCEL HER SERVICES AND I POLITELY RESPONDED WITH AN APOLOGY & CANCELLATION OF SERVICES. WE HAVE PERFORMED 5 CLEANING FOR HER AND THE FIRST 2 I PERSONALLY PERFORMED & I WAS ON-TIME FOR BOTH. HOWEVER, I APPRECIATED YOUR BUSINESS AND WISH YOU ALL THE BEST."

Although Lydia was about 4 hours late, Mom was pleased. It took 5 hours for Lydia and her husband to clean the specified rooms. Mom said that the bathrooms smelled so good when Lydia was finished. She said they did a good job and would be calling them back to do other rooms in a couple weeks.

Lydia did a magnificent job under adverse conditions (electricity had been turned off by mistake). An obliging neighbor let us plug an extension cord into his outdoor outlet, and we bought a couple of flashlights. Also we were impressed by the promptness and dependability of her communications, always responding quickly to our phone calls and confirming by email. We can definitely recommend her service without any reservation.

I really liked their professionalism and punctuality. They were very responsive and came in at the last minute (that night to be exact). I will continue to recommend their services to whom ever I meet. Therefore, I believe that they should be listed with your services. They are a very small team and they focus on delivering the best service and that differentiate them from the rest.
