This woman is one of the worst agents I have ever run across. To start we submitted a verbal offer on the house.She refused to even tell the sellers about the offer until she had it in writing. She took days to respond to questions, if she even bothered to respond at all. She dragged it out even further by sending the wrong documents without signatures. She told the sellers they shouldn't speak to us that all communication had to be through her, and then ignored our questions. And when our attorney needed information for closing she simply ignored him. It seems that everyone that I have spoken to concerning this agent has had a bad experience with her. Stay far away.
