He came out and looked at the job and pretended that he was interested. He gave me a rough estimate and we agreed that he would come in and do the job when I returned in July. I basically leave for the summer and come back for a week and that is when he was supposed to do it. I stayed in touch with him once or twice and when the time came for us to figure the exact time I tried reaching him and never got through to him again. My understanding was that the job was too small for him and he didn't really seem to care about it. When he was here we had a wonderful little discussion about what the job entailed. I thought the personal interaction was very positive but he just blew me off. I had wanted somebody that was an expert at cabinetry and woodworking as he apparently is because that is his specialty. I was looking for a specialist who could handle this difficult job. I thought he was the right man but it wasn't worth his while. He pretended he wanted to do it and then made himself unavailable. I had the expectation that it was going to be done. The price was only for the cabinet and then it would have involved doing a counter and installing a sink. The total would have been around $2,000. He was punctual the one time he came out. He committed and then didn't follow through with it so he didn't act professionally. He is off my radar now.

I haven?t had a kitchen for 2.5 years and I have been cooking out of a hot plate. He helped me design and did everything. I got him pictures and he built it exactly to my pictures and really took feedback from me and did what I told him to do. He was reasonable and he deals with customize cabinetry. He has been in the business for a long time and I have dealt with him for over 10 years. He is calm and left thing right in my house. The price of the cabinets is much better than buying custom cabinets from a manufacturer. He makes them correct to your site and he takes time to do the work.
