They are professional and very responsive. They've always been really available. In the past, they did an air conditioning project for us and they were really responsive then. They were there the next day.

One good thing about Gary is that he is always able to make time if there is an emergency. I have had him stop by on his way home in the past, with no trouble. He has done a lot of good work for me over several years, and I can't complain about anything he has ever done.
