OVERALL GOOD JOB. THIS IS OUR 3RD RYAN HOME. GOOD VALUE FOR PRICE, BUT NEED TO STAY ON THEM WHILE THEY ARE BUILDING. WATCH MATERIAL USED AND QUALITY. THEY USE MANY SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SOME ARE GOOD AND OTHERS ARE NOT. NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN PROCESS AND DEMAND WHEN YOU WANT THINGS DONE.
