Rosana Cleaning Services

All I needed was one day every other week at the same time on the same day. She seemed to have alot going on and kept changing my times and sometimes even canceling.

I was very pleased with Rosanna's work. She made my wood floors, stairs and banister look like new. Very thorough. Works well with little direction. 
She may not always be exactly on time but communicates well via text when she is running late. Very trustworthy. I would recommend her services to friends and colleagues.

The cost is very reasonable. It is a 3 person team so the work is done quickly.

Rosana and an assistant came to our house ready to work.  Spent four hours without a break doing a "deep" cleaning of our house.  Quite detailed.

Not Recommended. Okay for general cleaning, not for thorough or 'good' cleaning.  Became hostile when questioned.
We asked for a cleaning due to recent remodeling and wanted all the dust cleaned up. She offered a "deep" cleaning at extra cost  - total of $300. She was very responsive to the call for a request and for the estimate.  We agreed based on recommendations.  There were 3 people total. They arrived 20 minutes late without a call saying they would be late.  When they started they forgot some supplies and asked to use ours, but with the sales pitch she said she would bring everything needed.  They spent 2.5 hours, (orignially quoted 3-4), then said they were finished. As we walked around, in each room they had 'forgotten' to do something.  Our library, all wood desk and bookshelves were dusted, but not polished.  On our banisters, also wood, they used water and left it very wet.  The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but living areas not so much.  Doors, moldings, and baseboards also left dusty in many areas.  I will not be hiring them for follow-ups mostly becuase they were rude and pretty hostile when questioned, then made a lot of excuses and pointed fingers at each other (it was his job, i didn't do that room).  We spent another 45 minutes with them doing touch-ups for things that were obviously not clean.  Still finding issues.  Not a good experience.   I rated them as fair because they would be fine for a normal cleaning, just not for what they said they would do.

They really did excellent job cleaning our house. We wanted to get our house cleaned up before moving in . It was really in a terrible condition. Lots of dust,  dead bugs lying around, cob webs. Rosana accommodated me even with her busy schedule and was ready to help us on short notice.Rosana and her team (2 other guys) cleaned each and every corner and nook of the house. They left the house sparkling clean.Will hire them again.

The price is a bit more than I've payed in the past but is worth it. The one negative thing I could say is that it's been a little difficult setting up scheduled cleanings for every three weeks. I have to call each time to set up a time and date. Rosana always gets back to me in a prompt manner, so don't let that stop you from hiring them.

Rosanna, Jair and one other man (Cesare I think?) cleaned my home 3 times to date, and were very thorough, careful and willing to listen to what was important to me.  The first time was more expensive than the subsequent times, and each cleaning went very well.  I was given an estimate first before scheduling, and references to call.    The score of "B" is because of the price being higher than what I had previously encountered, but they are worth what they charge.

I have been very satisfied with their thoroughness and flexibility and would definitely recommend them.

I have used house cleaning services before but not here.  This company was totally professional.  They came in and within 2 hours were gone.  My house has never been so clean!  I would HIGHLY recommend Rosana Cleaning Services.

We called them for an estimate.  They came out within 48 hours.  Gave us a very reasonable quote.  They clean our house weekly, and my wife couldn't be happier.  We have been through several cleaning people/companies, and Rosana and J.R. are the best.  They show up when they say, they clean extremely fast, and the house looks amazing.  They are also very flexible about the cleaning dates and times if we have something else going on.  Would highly recommend their service.
