PENN WASTE SYSTEMS

We have a detailed description of where we needed the dumpster placed and set up cones and a sandwich board that said “place dumpster here please”. There are five businesses in this building. The driver placed the dumpster in another business’ lot without trying to confirm if he was at the right place and drove away before the employees of the other location could get to him. When we called to complain and tell them that they needed to move it to the right place, they told us that we would have to pay an additional $150 to have it moved! Sadly, you are reading my only opinion for recourse but if I am able to spare someone else the grief that this rotten company caused us, at least that is something.

I already left an earlier post.  They really did a poor job of meeting their commitment.   I gave them one more chance.  
After delivering the final dumpster, they came and picked it up.  They then called to tell me that I had "additional charges" which I never had before.  When I asked them to check their records again, they came back and told me that if I removed my previous post they would "forget" the new "additional charges".
Very sad.  Will move on.  I told them to charge me.  Don't want to deal with a company like that.  Plenty of other choices out there.

We were clearing out our parent's home so we could sell the property under probate.   Unfortunately, my parents were pack rats, so we knew we were going to be throwing away a lot.   I used Angie's List to research dumpster rentals;  Penn Waste was not the cheapest, but they had decent prices and seemed the most professional.  

They delivered the dumpster on time; the driver was skilled in backing up the dumpster so that it minimize the space it occupied.  He also took care not to damage our driveway.   The rental was for one week, but we ended up filling it up in two days.  Since our time was limited, we called up Penn Waste, and they were able to pick up the old dumpster and drop off a fresh one the next day.

All in all, I'm pleased with their service.

We are gutting a house and needed a big dumpster.  We called a couple of places but decided to go with Penn Waste Systems because they are close to the address and because their price was fair. The dumpster was delivered on the day promised and picked up the day after I called to say it was ready. The guys driving the trucks for pick up and delivery were polite, helpful and made sure that we understood everything we needed to know for maximum dumpster benefit. The office staff and courteous, friendly and efficient.  We used all 30 yards of the dumpster efficiently and will use this company again.  It really helped to make our job a lot easier.
