Oeler's Spa Service

Jeffrey was very polite and professional. He was on his way to repair another spa in our area when I called. He came on the same day and was able to pinpoint the problem and get the parts ordered right away. He came back three days later when he received the parts and was able to make the repair. The hot tub has been up and running beautifully ever since. One other thing happened that shows just how conscientious he is ... as it was the weekend, there were some unexpected road closings due to paving projects ... Jeff called to report that he was running late even though his arrival was only five minutes after the scheduled time.

I talk to this gentleman over the telephone He's a true professional . I found out more about my hot tub in five minutes then most would tell you in a service trip. I will use this professional when my hot tub needs work.

Needed a heater replaced in spa. The service person was knowledgeable, brought the correct parts, and completed the job quickly. I will use this company again.

A got a prompt return call and Jeff the owner came the very next morning. Jeff was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem with the heater.
