The office support and technical support are great. The service itself is great. The only problem was that it took about a month for the service itself to be installed and working properly. This was due in part to the physical location of my house and that the ISP address actually belonged to someone else. But, the company worked hard to correct the problems and once corrected, I couldn't be happier. This company is local and is an excellent, cheaper alternative to the big companies who are always raising prices.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT. YOU GET A LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. WE HAVE NEVER LOST SERVICE FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR, DUE TO STORMS.
