We needed a plumber to do some work on re-plumbing pipes in a shower. The new fixture changed from a dual handle to a single control valve.
A friend recommended Thomas Manz, based on some work he'd had done. We left a message on Manz' voice mail, and he returned the call within a day or two. We set up an appointment and expected him to look over things, give us an estimate, and schedule a follow-up visit. We were pleasantly surprised that he came with all the tools, supplies, and fittings required and did the work right then and there. He spent roughly 3 hours completely re-plumbing the pipes, replacing the drain in the tub (including servicing the drain pipes that had to be accessed through a garage below). The tub drain was very difficult to remove, however, Manz was able to get it out and make the change without damaging the tub.
We are very satisfied with his work and would use Thomas Manz again. He was pleasant, professional, and a hard worker.
