+ -1 moreDON WAS ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT. HE SET TO WORK QUICKLY AND PINPOINTED THE PROBLEM. HE SPENT TIME EXPLAINING IT TO ME AND ALSO DETAILED THE CONSEQUENCES HAD IT NOT BEEN FIXED SO SOON. VERY NICE GUY!
Description of Work: TV HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL HOLD FEATURE WOULD NOT KICK IN UNTIL THE TV WAS ON FOR AS LONG AS 15 MINUTES AND THEN SOMETIMES FAILED INTERMITTENTLY.
