He has come a couple times for free and only charged for the wiring because we had a lot of issues. He is always on time and gets back to your right away. He is so busy but it isn't that he promises and doesn't come. He always calls when he thinks he will be able to come. He doesn't over promise or under deliver.

Dale worked with our space planner and us to review and complete our plans. He also put us in touch with an architect to provide plans for local permits.

Ron, Dale's foreman, came in starting in late November to do the demolition work and oversee most of the plumbing and electrical work. Dale came in several times per week to check on progress. He also put us in contact with various suppliers, including the travertine, plantation shutters, windows and a custom glass (and etching) panel.

It was a pleasure to work with both Dale and Ron. Ron was both reliable and very talented in numerous areas. He performed the demoliton; installed the new studs and dry wall; he laid all the traverine and floor-heating grid; etc...

Dale was very helpful in identifying problems and then supplying us with alternative solutions.

Any delays were typically due to our travel and slow decisions. Remember it sometimes takes suppliers a long lead time to deliver, especially granite suppliers/installers when it's custom from outside the U.S.

The price does not include hardware, travertine tile, granite and doors. It does include high quality installation.

We are extremely happy with the end product.
