We have used him for 2yrs now. Nice guy and very pleasant. Our neighbors even use him now. He even cleaned the gutters in the middle of a ran storm last December. He does very good work.

He is busy but very, very good. Their prices are good. The only thing is, you've got to be patient, because he is only one guy and he has big jobs on hand.

It went very well. He did a great job and he is a nice guy. He's a jack of all trades.

He was very helpful and friendly. His wife (who does scheduling) got back to us right away and was very nice. He answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. The job was done quickly and he did a great job. The price was extremely reasonable as well. We will definitely use him again.

When I first called Eric, it was busy season and it took a little time to get him out for an estimate due to his and our busy schedules. But once he got out to the house, he was prompt with the estimate and scheduling the work as soon as he could. It was a week long project and he was on time every day, very professional and respectful of us, our home and our pets. You cannot ask for a more professional man.

It was great. He is a nice guy. He does great work. I couldn't even tell there had been a hole in my wall before, after he was finished.

He was very nice when he came for the estimate, but we had to wait several months to get on his schedule. We gave him a key and he cleaned the basement the first day; he painted and sealed the walls the second day; he then informed me that our walls were more porous that he realized and soaked up the paint and he had to buy more materials and come back the third day. He did an excellent job and even put back everything almost exactly as he had found it and cleaned up impeccably after himself-- very rare for a contractor in our experience. He was considerate of our schedule-- didn't demand that he start earlier than we get up (we get up late). He was quiet and was careful around the cat. I would say that he is a little pricey, though. I wish that he had priced jobs by the job and not the hour, although he did warn us that his estimate was just that (only an estimate) because he did not know how long it was going to take for sure until he got into it.But you do get what you pay for

Eric worked hard, quickly, and he did a great job. We were very pleased. On both visits, he was polite, professional, and he seems very knowledgeable and confident about how to make repairs. His quote on the repair work seems reasonable but he's already booked two months out. We're still deciding whether we can wait two months for the repair, but we will certainly keep him in mind for future work around our home.

We were very pleased. Kris is very pleasant to work with and does a good job. Keeps working and does not stop until the job is done. Brought her own cleaning supplies and used them when needed.
