I've been bringing both my cars and my wife's car into Franklin Auto for over a year now upon suggestion from a friend. They are extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling and have been nothing but flawless with regards to service. Finding these guys was the best thing to happen to me since moving to the North Hills. All estimates are fair and they are extremely honest with regards to their findings. This most recent trip I was having a problem with my AC. It would violently shut off and turn on when trying to run it on hot days. I expected a new compressor but they called me informing me that a new compressor wasn't needed rather they just needed to release the pressure within the system and recharge. Sure enough it did the trick and for much less than I was afraid I'd have to pay. Its stuff like this that keeps me coming back and will continue to keep me coming back.

brought my car in because i thought front right tire looked low. they checked tire and advised leak could not be repaired because of location of puncture. made decision to replace both front tires because left front was also worn and winter was just around the corner. they also checked master cylinder because for the second time in ten months brake fluid light came on. master cylinder e will have to be replaced fairly soon and was given a decent price.
