The person who did the initial service call, and then later did the installation was prompt, courteous, and very open in explaining the issues and how to proceed.
Our sales person was very thorough, and followed up quickly to email and phone call requests for more information. While she did a great job explaining the virtues of the higher price,full featured system, when she realized I was most focused on the low end model spent a great deal of time talking about the tradeoffs and helped to come up with the right solution for our needs and really listened to our concerns. No question was too ridiculous, or too offensive as I really struggled to understand the cost benefits.
While the price was a bit higher than other solutions, the comments I read online about the quality of Culligan systems and the competancy of the installation staff and the support of the sales person made me glad I chose them.
