David has built homes that range from $250,000.00 to well over $1,200,000.00. David has developed Unique Custom Homes, Entry Level Homes and Tiny Energy Efficient Homes. David helped develop the owner/builder program for his former company which has built over 50 homes since 2009. David did the budgeting and supervised the construction on many of these homes. David started Chiseled Homes to give his customers a professional, efficient, and enjoyable way to build their new homes.
