Bob himself came to measure the EXTERIOR of the house to provide us with a detailed written estimate for the stain job. He was punctual and did a quick survey and used a measuring wheel to check the dimensions of our home. He answered my questions clearly, directly and professionally. He provided an estimate soon after he surveyed the job and his estimate was the lowest of three companies that were contacted, one was twice Bob's estimate and the other (who did work for my neighbor) never got back with an estimate, although he did give me a "ball park idea" of the total costs that was near Bob's written estimate. The work was very thorough, they washed the house by hand (no pressure washer on cedar siding), did some sanding of rough spots, caulked the cracks, filled in woodpecker and carpenter bee holes. They set up staging each day and took it down each evening and stacked all the equipment (ladders, aluminum planks, etc.) in an unobtrusive location on-site. To give an idea of the sort of professional that Bob was, when I told him he could leave the ladders and staging in place overnight, he mentioned he did not want the liability to fall on me or him if someone was injured AND he did not like to leave a sloppy looking setup if someone should see it after he vacated the premises. All in all, he and his men were very considerate and careful not to damage the roofing shingles or injure any shrubbery or other landscaping. Also, none of his staff smoked so we didn't have to tell them to smoke on the downwind side of the house...

The price was reasonable. They are professional, good pricing point. Very satisfied with the jobs they did. He is good at fixing things along the way if something comes up. He gave us a lot of guidance that helped us save time and cost. He gave me the detail about how he spent the time. I could talk to him and he would not get distracted. Very professional.

I had new flooring put in my gameroom, however after the floor was laid I needed quarter rounds installed. He installed the quarter rounds and I also had Bob spruce up my powder room. He had to ripped down old wallpaper on walls that were not sized. He primed and painted the powder room. His estimate was cheaper than two others I have received. Bob has painted every room in my house. His work is top notch.
