They were all wonderful and understanding.  I didn't even know the *** of the kitten when I took it in.  I was embarrassed by the condition of the kitten, even though I had nothing to do with it.  I was trying to save it.  They were gentle with her and treated all her problems.  They got me in the day I called when I explained the situation of her being abandon and sickly.   Two weeks later, you wouldn't recognize her.

my experiences with dr. nelson have always been good. our dog has always been taken good care of no matter when or what was wrong with her. His professionalism has never been a problem.

The vet's and staff at Nelson's Clinic did an excellent job of treating our dog when we moved to the area in 2011. We had her there for several checkups and they were always efficient and very caring towards our pet. When she finally became too sick had to be put to sleep, the people at the clinic were very caring and respectful of our wishes and treated our dog with respect in her final hour. We were very pleased with their process and would hope to return again if we have another pet some day.

My dog has skin allergies and I was informed that a cortisone shot would do the trick by the friendly staff at the front desk. The vet never talked to me or explained to me what was going to happen when it was finally my turn. Instead, ordered me to put my dog on the examination table, grabbed a handful of fur (to which my dog reacted to with a painful yelp) and shoved the needle in! My dog's reaction was to yelp and turn his head in the direction the pain was coming from. The vet then reacted as if my 8 lb Jack Russell was a rabid Wolf and YELLED. The exact words were, "CONTROL YOUR ANIMAL!" I will NEVER take any of my animals to this establishment again! I would receive better assistance if I went to a butcher!
