hardwood floor
 + -1 moreGood experience. There was / is a problem with the threshold between the bedroom and master bath. They returned a week later and installed a new threshold. The transition between the hardwood and bathroom flooring is not smooth. A custom piece was to have been ordered and installed. Numerous calls to B & M have gone unanswered. As of 1/12/13 the problem still has not been resolved.
Description of Work: 1. B & M visited the home, measured the area where hardwood flooring is to be installed. Ordered the wood and chose an install date. 2. Arrived on 10/17/12 @ 9:00AM (punctual) 3. Removed carpet, removed padding, removed all staples from subfloor. 4. Installed approx. 3/4 of the hardwood. 5. Returned the next day and completed the job.
