He built a railing off our patio to our back yard. It?s 4 steps down, and code now requires us to have a railing, the one he built for us is fabulous. The estimate he gave was wonderful. One of our basement windows was rotted out; he repaired it and painted it. He also repaired and painted a rotted out spot under a gutter. We had a large tree in our front yard that fell over, and because of the sun hitting our front door after that happened, our door cracked. He is repairing our door in stages, it will look great. I?m really pleased with him. He?s a meticulous worker. He and his helper are both very nice.
