THEIR SALES REPS WERE GOOD AND VERY EXTREMELY COOPERATIVE. BUT THEIR ON-SITE MANAGERS WERE POOR. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD. THE MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY BAD WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING REPAIRS AND FOLLOWING UP ON WORK WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ALTHOUGH THEY PROVIDE HOMES AT A REASONABLE PRICE, THE QUALITY OF WORK IS BELOW AVERAGE. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND IF NOT MENTIONED BY US, THEY WOULD HAVE BUILT IT INCORRECTLY. LACK PROFESSIONALISM IN THEIR TECHNICIAN LEVEL WORK FORCE.
