Big disappointment! Pros - Reasonable price, Good designer owner corning shingles Cons - Shingles started coming off ridges, waves and bumps on several spots, etc. Bad workmanship. Rick was very responsive initially but stopped taking my calls or responding to my emails. They said some of the issues are cosmetic and not an functional issue but promised to fix the shingles caps and few other spots where the shingle started coming off. I agreed to everything they said, it’s been more than 5 months now and no response!!! Their 10 year workmanship warranty is a joke!! Luckily Owen corning agreed to do the fixes as it was covered by their 2 years warranty.

Excellent experience from sales to cleanup.  Rick did a thorough presentation of the proposed work, explaining in detail what would be done and why.  The company is a certified installer by Owens Corning and Rick compared the quality of the OC shingles with those from Certain Teed and GAF.  The estimate was provided very quickly and compared favorably with 2 other proposals I solicited.  The price was very competitive.  As for the work, the RAM crew arrived as promised at 7:00 am, worked late the first day to beat forecasted rain on day two, and finished by 1:00 pm on the second day to strip and reinstall 38 square of architectural shingles.  Tarps were placed around my extensive gardens as a protective measure and there was no damage.  All debris was thoroughly removed.  In sum, a high quality project at a very good price.  I don't expect the hire RAM again for roofing, but I was so impressed with this job they are coming back to do some bathroom remodeling.
