Demolished concrete slab okay, but no one told the work crew to install the new slab 4 inches lower. The forms were incorrectly placed. When I brought it to their attention, they poured the concrete lower than the forms. So of course the finished product was not pitched correctly to allow run off of rain water. Added pavers to walkway and utility area. Again no one told the crew that a fence was being installed, so the pavers were too close to my neighbors fencing and left no room to install my new fence on that side. Fencing would need to be installed on top of pavers on all four sides for uniformity. Leaving the area smaller than what was contracted, Installing of screened porch was okay, until they tried to install the screen door. framing was crooked and very unprofessional. Fencing of utility area, never happened. Asked them to leave after 4 weeks of waiting for the job to get completed. Through all this, the owner never came to discuss the problems, nor returned any of my calls.
