Excellent. Steve was meticulous. He moved the furniture, he pre-treated any spots and he had me review the carpet after he was done for any spots. He is friendly, conscientious, considerate and double-checks everything.

Steve took special care with the spots that were on the carpet from my brothers dog. He also went over a spot, which we think was grease on the stairs The carpet looks brand new. He did an exceptional job.

This is the second time I have used this service.  The owner does the work, a huge plus in my book.
The service is really outstanding.  He takes his time.  I could see a marked difference in the cleaning process than I have seen with big cleaning companies.  This man cares about the job he is doing.  
I also felt comfortable having him in my home when I was either not there, or there alone.  This is not always the case with other companies.  I would recommend this service to anyone.

When I called, i reached the owner directly.  I love that.  I was calling on Thursday asking for Friday service.  I was sure I would get a no.   Gagliardi's made it happen.  They called when they were on there way, two guys showed up and go to work.  My grout is incredibly clean, as is my tile.   I asked if they handle oriental rugs after they had already re-loaded their truck as I planned to make another appointment with them.  They unloaded everything and did the oriental rug right then.  Their regular prices were better ( by a lot) then even the special prices of the other guys.  I am so glad I found Gagliardi's and I will be calling them again!
