Fantozzi did a great job.  They were right on schedule and the work was all done well.  If there was an issue (which was rare)  they took care of it right away.  They actually came to work every day which was something we never experienced before when working with a contractor.

We bought a house that was built in 1957 and hadn’t had any updates. We completely gutted the property and hired Fantozzi as the general contractor to rebuild it from the studs. We ultimately hired Fantozzi for his design ideas and ability to innovate. Other
general contractors we interviewed said “they would do whatever we wanted.” Fantozzi actually helped us choose a style for the home and added lots of creative touches that we didn’t think about in the planning stages.
For example, the architect drew the house with a tray ceiling in the family room. We really wanted a cathedral ceiling. Wayne insisted he could do it, and talked to the architect to explain how he would do it. We got our cathedral ceiling. Every step of the way, Wayne was there to give us ideas and help us make the house into our dream home.
We did not live in the property while it was being renovated, so there was no need to “clean up” each day. We did have neighbors tell us how great the contractors were. My next door neighbor told me that Wayne’s crew arrived by 8 am each day, and stayed till 4 or 5:00 PM. My new neighbors were very impressed with how respectful the team was. They knocked on
doors and apologized for parking heavy equipment on the street. Without prompting, they told my neighbor that repair any damage to their lawn from the heavy equipment. My neighbors, who dealt with 6 months of equipment, dumpsters
and construction dust, had nothing but nice things to say about them.
With a project that massive, we did have unexpected costs such as replacing the plywood on the roof and moving the drainage system under the driveway. Wayne’s prices seemed fair for those unexpected problems.
We are extremely satisfied with the end result. The design touches are amazing, and I don’t think we would have been able to get those with any other contractor.
We've lived in the house for 1.5 yrs now, and are thrilled with the result.

They were fantastic and really good. They were quick and really professional. I am going to use them again because I want them to do some front work for me.

Overall, Wayne did a very good job. The work was high quality. Initially it was difficult to effectively communicate but there was a lot of complexity. Since the work has been completed Wayne has been very responsive to any requests for the expected adjustments.

Wayne was helpful in working with me to develop a design that was the least disruptive to the property and was cost effective.

I would use Fantozzi again.

They are very good. They come when they say and when they can't they call. They don't leave me waiting. They are very polite and courteous. They did a good job. I was very impressed with them. Price wise they are reasonable. They don't over charge. They used good quality material. I will use them in the future.
