SCOTT WAS THE OWNER AND INSTALLER. HE WAS ALWAYS ON TIME, POLITE AND CLEANED UP EACH DAY AFTER THE JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT FOR ANY HARDWOOD INSTALLATIONS.

NEVER RESPONDED TO CONCERNS ABOUT INSTALLATION OF MOLDING. REPEATED TELEPHONE CALLS NEVER RETURNED. FAILED TO REMOVE SQUEAKS FROM FLOORING BEFORE INSTALLATION OF HARDWOOD. GAPS IN FLOORING.
