Exterior Painting
HIRED AND PAID A DEPOSIT, HE PRESSURE WASHED, AND DID MINIMAL CAULKING. ANOTHER PAYMENT WAS MADE. HE MADE FAR TOO MANY EXCUSES, AND FAILED TO HONOR TOO MANY COMMITMENTS HE MADE TO US. NOW, WE'D SIMPLY LIKE TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT AFTER PAYING FOR THE MINOR AMOUNT OF WORK DONE, BUT HE REFUSES TO RESPOND TO CALLS.
