+ -1 moreServices were top notch; however, provider gave a range for the price and ultimately charged us at the very top of the range. When telling my wife the price, he made the misstep of saying, "it's going to cost $$$ because the house is in a nice area." Although likely an inadvertent slip of the tongue, it certainly made us feel as though we were being overcharged because of where we lived.

Description of Work: Sprayed the inside of the house around baseboards including the basement and garage. Sprayed the outside of the house around the foundation. Also, fogged the siding. Sprayed around my shed where I had found carpenter ants.

Description of Work: Called regarding what I though might be termites. Arrived on time and very helpfully inspected the area and said it was not termites, just ants, and said that pest control was not needed, be he could do general service if it would give us peace of mind. No pressure at all to buy from him which was reassuring. Will definitely call if needed in the future.

Description of Work: We have Mr. Capasso come every few months to do pest control- set rodent traps throughout the house, spray for ants and other insects inside and outside. We've been doing this for several years now. He is very good and makes sure he doesn't make a mess or disturb your things.

+ -1 moreCalled after lunch and left message regarding a bee problem that we were having. Within a half hour I rec'd a call back and arrangements were made for the owner to stop by at 4:00 the same afternoon. He gave us the quote on the spot and told us exactly what he would be doing to treat our problem. During our discussion we mentioned the issue of having centipedes, and spiders to which he told us that he would treat and it was included in the quote for our oringinal pest infestation. He used chemicals that are pet and environmentally friendly. He was thorough and extremely informative. He was not pushy and told us that we didn't have to make a decision on the spot. My husband and I were both pleased and would certainly use his services again.
Description of Work: Sprayed up under the eaves and around the perimeter of house for bees. Inside of our home he sprayed around the perimeter of the basement and in the attic he released a cannister to kill the bees just in case some had entered our home and also for spiders and centipedes.
