Services were top notch; however, provider gave a range for the price and ultimately charged us at the very top of the range.  When telling my wife the price, he made the misstep of saying, "it's going to cost $$$ because the house is in a nice area."  Although likely an inadvertent slip of the tongue, it certainly made us feel as though we were being overcharged because of where we lived.

We had Pete out last year when we discovered termites in our detached garage. He remedied the problem and we had no problems after that. This year he came back to provide a yearly check. Pete was very professional and provided us with peace of mind.

Called after lunch and left message regarding a bee problem that we were having. Within a half hour I rec'd a call back and arrangements were made for the owner to stop by at 4:00 the same afternoon. He gave us the quote on the spot and told us exactly what he would be doing to treat our problem. During our discussion we mentioned the issue of having centipedes, and spiders to which he told us that he would treat and it was included in the quote for our oringinal pest infestation. He used chemicals that are pet and environmentally friendly. He was thorough and extremely informative. He was not pushy and told us that we didn't have to make a decision on the spot. My husband and I were both pleased and would certainly use his services again.
