Great service, Bair's did a great job of removing some dying ash trees in a difficult spot in my back yard, left no marks on my lawn, totally professional job.

All went well. They did a nice job I would use them again.

He wears his politics on his sleeve but if you can get past that the work he does is outstanding!

We are very pleased with them. The pricing and everything was very good. They are very professional and efficient. They did a great job of trimming up all the trees that we need trimming. I remember I am going to call them again and I have told many people about them.

Got estimates from 5 other tree services - Bair's were the lowest by between $600 and $1000.  Estimate was punctual and done by an arborist; work was done fitting my schedule; workers were courteous and professional; felled trees with a combination of a bucket truck and climbing; clean up was very neat [we are very meticulous and had very little follow up to do]; actually spotted some previous cabling work done by another tree service that had broken and have scheduled that work.

The owner of this business should be ashamed of himself is the first thing that I need to say. During one of their deliveries on my road the driver of one of the trucks drove in my yard leaving 4 ruts over 25 feet long and almost 10" deep.
It seemed that the illiterate driver never looked at the address of my house and attempted to deliver this load of logs to my house and that is how he ended up in my yard in the first place.
Since the irresponsible driver never left a note or anything to alert me to what he had done to my yard, I was able to review my security cameras and see the name on the truck that ruined my yard.
Now that I had the company name I proceeded to call and spoke to Mr. Marty Bair,  what a joke. The entire time he kept telling me that it was my neighbors fault because the instructions for delivery were not clear to the driver. I insisted that he was responsible since it was his truck that trespassed on my property. Eventually he agreed to send someone out to attempt to fix my yard. He dropped some dirt and seed into the ruts but it did not take care of the issues. No grass germinated and there were noting but weeds. I called Marty back to see what he plans to do about this mess at which time I informed him that I filed a police report and may submit to my homeowners insurance, after that he e told me that I was now harassing him ! After he hung up on me 4 times he wen to the police and told them I was harassing him too. This was clearly a cowardly trick to hide behind the police so he does not have to man up and be a responsible business owner.
So, long story short, STAY AWAY from this business, there are plenty of other tree services in the area that are competent, honest and have owners that are pleasant

Excellent service!   The trees were fully trimmed -- perfectly. There was not one leaf or branch left anywhere in the yard. Bair's does excellent work and I would highly recommend them to anyone in this area. In fact, my neighbor just recently used them because of the service I received. Bair's is the best!!

They are professional and clean and they were in and out very quickly. They are personable, professional people.  They were on time and meticulous in their work.  We watched them and they were done in an hour.

All work was done very professionally, carefully, cleanly, and exactly as the service representative, Joe, described in the work proposals.  No heavy equipment was used on the lawn, as I had requested.  Great care was taken to avoid any damage to the property and to thoroughly clean up and remove all debris.

The first job went very smoothly and quickly, but the second job took longer to complete than the first.  This was very understandable considering the company's heavy workload due to the large number of trees throughout the area that were damaged by the storm.

No payment was requested/made prior to completion of each job. After completion, an invoice was received by mail and payment made by mail.

Have used this company in past. Come at appointed time & do job professionally.

I have had them come out to our house twice over the past couple of years. They clean up completely after themselves. They do a fabulous job. I paid about $450 to $500 for the last service. The last job went very smoothly. They were punctual and I would definitely use them again. I think I will use their services again next year.

They have done some hard work for me. They will do anything. They have always done a good job and are very reasonable. I am always comfortable with having them. I had a huge tree fall on the side of my house and they got it completely taken care of. Another time, I had them remove two huge trees. They have pulleys that go up to any height.

We started using them four or five summers ago when our trees were looking bad and infected. They are proactive and make recommendations. They take care of all the plants, shrubs, and trees. They have done a very good job. They have state of the art equipment and have good knowledge about the subject. They know how to take care of the plants and also know what fertilizers they need to use to make them look nice. My plants and trees look nice now. I do not know how much other charge but am comfortable with the price they charge as well.

We have used Bairs in the past. They are prompt, professional, and always do an excellent job. They also have the best price.

The service3 really helps. They have always been very good. They always do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them. They do nice work, I have recommended them to the man across the street and they use him and love him also.

I had a difficult time getting them to call me back and then scheduling the appointment also involved delays, but my needs were not an emergency, just cosmetic. They had left me a quote to trim my large maple (I wasn't home), and when I called back I explained that I wanted them to do some work on a couple other trees. When they came they did all of the work I requested for no additional charge. I was very happy with them.

Excellent work from start to finish. Came the morning after I called and had the tree cut up and removed b y mid-afternoon.

Crew arrived at 8 AM on scheduled day - were there all day - very professional - knew what they were doing - large equipment for the job - Grinding of the large stump was completed 4/7/10 because 2/5/10 was the start of the many snow storms - My husband wanted an itemized estimate that showed everything to be done -which they provided without our asking.

The oak trees had never been pruned or thinned and the plum tree was growing over the house. They came and straighten everything out. Overall, it went really well. I would give them A's all the way! I used them in the past and I'll be using them again in the future.

I GOT THREE ESTIMATES BEFORE HAVING THE JOB DONE. BAIRS TREE SERVICE WAS NOT THE LOWEST PRICE BUT I FELT THAT JOSH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TREE CARE. HE GAVE A LOT OF SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE TREES IN OUR FRONT YARD. THE MEN WHO DID THE WORK DID A NICE JOB AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
