I used Monroe for a year before I decided to never go there again. They are very quick at changing oil, however the customer service is lacking. I would always get a semi-synthetic blend oil; and I never had to request this. I assumed it would be in my customer records. I had grown accustomed to Joey helping me with any of my needs. The last time I went, he no longer was working there and I had a flat tire incident and I needed an oil change. I specifically told them to not rotate the tires due to one of them having "fix-a-flat" material in it and I didn't want to get it confused with my other tires. I came back to the shop early and noticed they were rotating the tires. I asked them to stop, in which case he told me that was standard procedure; but they did stop. When I got my receipt, I noticed thy they had put regular oil in my car and I was even more upset. These people did not even care to look at my customer record even though I had been going there for a year.

They completed the service within two hours and the price was very reasonable. They are always polite and informative there. I've been going there for a couple years now for both of my cars and have never had an issue with them being dishonest or trying to sell me parts I didn't need. The prices are always fair and they are certainly fast, especially if you have an appointment scheduled.
