INK SPOT PRINTING

In May 2014 I took three ink cartridges into The Ink Spot Printing at 6821 Park Road, Selinsgrove, PA,  to be refilled.  This was my first time at the  business.  From the time I entered the door the store owner was not receptive to questions and confrontational.  I asked if the refills would work as well as new ink cartridges and his response was a curt  "I wouldn't sell them if they didn't."  When I picked up the refills the he told me how to store them in an upright position until ready for use, which I did.     Yesterday I tried to replace my expended cartridges with the his refills and I kept getting an error code on my printer.  This morning I went back to the Ink Spot Printing store.  I told the owner I had tried to use the refilled cartridges and I kept getting an error code.  I asked him if I was doing something wrong.  Immediately he accused me of storing the refills improperly.  I did put them into a Ziplock bag to return them.  He told me I had probably ruined them now and the colors would all be mixed up.  I told him the refills would not work and I had to use new cartridges that were working fine.  Then he went into a dissertation about the printer reading codes and it was probably reading the code on the refill as being empty.  He asked me if I understood and I told him I was sorry, but I didn't.  At that point he became very belligerent  and made a big production because he had to explain it to me again.  After the second, but unchanged explanation he again asked if I understood.  I again told him I did not.  then he became very demeaning and started screaming.  He said he had explained it to me two times and he didn't know what to do.  He said he would explain it one more time, all the while screaming in my face with his arms flailing.  After the final and third attempt he told me if I would take out the new cartridge and put in his refill it would probably work.  When I questioned why I would take out a new cartridge and use his refill and allow my new cartridge to dry out he went ballistic.  He screamed at me that no way could he make me understand even after three attempts and he said he would refund my money.  I said that would be fine and took my refund.  I was shocked by the treatment of this store owner.  Never have I been so ill treated by a store owner.
