BASTIAN TIRE & AUTO CTR

Due to not being able to find a sitter I also had my 1-year-old daughter with me. The gentleman at the desk was fantastic! He helped me the minute I walked in, and regularly kept me updated on my car's progress. The waiting room was pleasant, had a variety of reading materials, and the chairs were actually quite comfortable! When I was finished the service tech opened the door for me, and had my car unlocked and running (with the heat on!). I was so impressed, I will never go anyplace else for this kind of work!

I have been taking my vehicles to Bastian's ever since I first began to drive. Fortunately for me, I have never had any major mechanical issues with any of my vehicles(knock on wood), but the few smaller repairs I have had done were always done swiftly, but with care. They always explained to me what the problem was, why or how it happened, and how to prevent it in the future. I also always take my vehicle to Bastian's for my yearly inspection, oil changes, and routine maintenance. Why? Because they don't break your bank when you stop by and they're a fun bunch of people. I often look forward to stopping in for an oil change, because I know more than likely I will be walking out laughing or at the minimum, smiling, and that's what makes my day. I would definitely recommend Bastian's to anyone.

I walked in and asked to get my car inspected. I was told I might have to wait a while because one of the mechanics was out sick that day. I told them I was in no hurry and just asked that they do it when they got a chance. I then went to their very nice waiting area, got a cup of hot coffee, read the newspaper, and forty minutes later drove out a Kia Sorento that had been inspected and washed. I consider that fantastic service and that is what I receive every time I go to Bastian Tires on Rts. 11 and 15 in Shamokin Dam. It's a great place to do business and their service is always tremendous.
