Most of the time when I go in for an inspection - at 8:00 a.m. I am there for over 2 hours. This past time I was there just under one hour. I got free inspections when I purchased my car for as long as I own the car. This time I was told that if I did not get the service done there they would charge me $36 to come back to finish the inspection. This is over the charge to have an inspection done. PA State Law says that if a person gets their vehicle fixed and brought back within 14 days, the inspection station cannot charge an additional fee. (I went somewhere else for inspection, and not back to Aubrey.) For the past three years they have told me I needed work done to my car, not for inspection, but to keep it in good working order. Last year the services they said I needed amounted to about $2500. I did not think the car needed these services so I took the car to Fairfield Toyota and was told I didn't need the services. This happened three years in a row. I did need work on my muffler this year to pass inspection, so Aubrey Alexander got that right. I called twice about my concerns and did not get any satisfaction, so I wrote a letter to the General Manger, Mike Andretta. I never received a call or a response to my letter, mailed on August 3, 2018. I want people to know what kind of practice they run in their service department.

I have my car since 6 year and I have no problem. I just had oil changes, inspection and tire rotations that all. They have nice staff. I schedule  my appointments online.

Last year we bought a 2003 Kia Rio. The car was junk. After many conversations, they traded us for a 2002 PT Cruiser. This car used a qt of oil every 6K miles. We learned there is a wheel part that is duct taped together. We also learned both cars were double in price what the blue book states is should be. When we traded the Kia, we were told we could try it out for a while. We were told forget it! They are over priced in all there cars, and if your looking to buy, go somewhere else!

My vehicle needed service, estimate was accurate and the work was completed on time an d completed in the time they said it would be completed. My vehicle was returned clean and ready for e to use.

They did eventually agree to fix the problem without charging any added labor costs, only the cost of parts. finally after severl weeks, the car was fixed. I was disappointed in their level of knowledge about the problem and the extra time it took me going back and forth. They finally gave me a rental car as well. they were very polite and professional, but it was still not a pleasant experience. i purchased the car from them and i would still recommend Toyota vehicles.

It's a really big dealership. Their service is excellent, they will come and pick up my vehicle at my home if I need them to, at obviously at no charge. I have used that service twice. I live about eighteen miles away, and they go up to a hundred, and there is no charge for that service. I bought my car there, so I don't know if they treat everybody that way, but they probably do. What I like about them is that if I do bring my car in for servicing and wait for it, they give me an early appointment so that I can wait, and they have held very true to their time estimates, which I find amazing. I have been driving for forty five years, and in my mind that does not happen, but it happens here. As a matter of fact, last year I realized that I had forgotten the inspection on my car, I was driving down the road with groceries in my car, I stopped at a stop light and happened to look at my inspection slip and realized that I was two weeks due on my inspection. I pulled in and they asked me if they could help me, I told them that I was driving an un-inspected car. They said that they would help me out and I was there for one hour and that was it. The inspection was free, even though it was an emergency, and I was stunned beyond belief. Actually, I was planning to write a letter to the company, but I procrastinated and never did it.
