However, we finally advised her that constantly changing and then forgetting her password on numerous web portals was an issue we cannot control. My computer managed to pick up a virus. On our desktop we clicked on an icon for Windows 10. That is when the problems started. Many, many pop-up ads started. So many, we were unable to use our computer at all. I've used Dean's company before with success. I called them again and they went right to work. Dean remoted in and in a minute or two decided that he needs to work on my computer instead of remoting in. I brought it to them that evening over the weekend. It was fixed mid-Monday. I picked it up after work. Dean had explained their home maintenance program to me before but I wanted to save a buck and "..hold off for now". After this repair, I decided to go ahead and sign up for the program. They have a real nice special going on with their home maintenance program.
By they way, our computer runs better now than it has in a long time.

It went good. They did a good job. Everything was fine. He was a good guy. He was really trustworthy. He worked for a lot of problems I was having. He was absolutely professional. The price was very reasonable.
