Wolff Plumbing and Heating LLC

New addition plumbing work was installed but leaked after two days. They had to return and repair the shower installation which they did. We then requested the additional work to the kitchen and septic by calling the number on their business card. Mr. Wolf was annoyed that we called him on his mobile which we found unprofessional since it was listed on his card. We then arranged with him to handle the kitchen and septic work. He gave us two specific times when he would be out to do the work but never came, never called.

A friend gave us the name and number of Dan Wolff. I called and left a message, and he immediately returned my call. We arranged to meet the next day so he could look at the pipe. He came right on time as promised. We scheduled an appointment for the actual repair. He called the day before to confirm, and came right on time. He and a co-worker came in, prepared the work area with a drop cloth, and did the work quickly and efficiently.
Dan was very professional. He was prompt, worked efficiently, and was a good value for the price. I highly recommend him.
