Was not informed beforehand that a vet tech was doing the dental. As a result of the dental, my dog had teeth pulled I am not convinced should have been pulled and a tooth I knew needed to be pulled was not pulled. Trachea issues resulted in the dental because a lump was removed from the roof of the mouth. Highly over priced for a dental. On return for two week check, took another dog in requesting X-ray to make sure bladder was clear of stones. Instead of doing an X-ray, a rectal was performed which left dog incontinent, in excruciating pain the loss of use of rear legs. I was brushed off because the dog was older and told that this dog's condition was obviously declining. After several visits and visits to specialists, it is obvious something was ruptured and the dog died within two weeks of living h***. I would NEVER recommend this animal hospital to anyone. They are highly over priced. They recommend unnecessary testing for something totally irrelevant to a condition you take your dog or pet there for and they will not admit to mistakes made which cost the life or not 'just a dog or pet' but a family member with fur. Yes, they are professionals but they are in the business to make large profits on anyone who loves their pet.

The vet came out to my home and put my dog to sleep. He brought an assistance. Dr. Ramsey Chaudahary is wonderful!
They treat me with the best customer service and always greeted my dog.

Been dealing with this vet for awhile, and although they are good, have had quite a few problems with them. First, have been receiving reminder cards, for shots that they have been told are not necessary, and yet continue to receive the reminders. Second, have received reminders concerning pets that I don't own. And third, when I take the crew for their wellness exam, and they are given shots for a three year duration, the paperwork doesn't reflect the actual date for the shots to be given again. The paperwork that I get their shots are only good for one year, wheras the shots where given for three years. They need to update their files, to reflect that the owner doesn't want certain shots, and paperwork should be updated to reflect the current statue of the shots needed.

I was looking for a new vet closer to home for my 2 Bichion/Pekinese mix
dogs. I looked here on Angies list first, read thru several different
reviews of vets then chose VCA Dunmore Animal Hospital. My time in
waiting room was short, and I was very pleased with Dr. Falzone. She did
a through exam for both of my "boys", informed me of a heart murmur
that 1 had (my previous vet never even listened to their hearts once)
She checked their teeth and also told me that the one with the heart
murmur needed to have 2 teeth in the rear of his mouth had to be
extracted.
I was given a list of all services rendered as well as
services that I may have done if I chose to. I didn't feel like I was
being pressured into those services, which I appreciated, as it could
get very costly.
All in all I was very pleased with the experience and will be going back in the future.

I went with a relative and her cat, so this was not my own pet. After
an exam, you recieve an estimate for all services the vet feels would or
could be of benefit. This estimate was almost $1000.00. You then need
to choose what services you wish to have done. Some of those listed
seemed unnecessary to me. It makes you feel that if you don't choose
everything on the list you are not doing everything you can for your
pet. I have a background in healthcare so this was probably easier for
me than most people. It is difficult to have to choose based on your
ability to afford care. Dr. Ramsi was kind, explained everything well,
and the procedures we had done were done well. If this were my own pet and I lived in the area, I would probably use this vet again.

They are very accommodating and I have had several emergencies with my pets where they have had to have emergency surgery. I called and have had no problem at all getting in. One emergency happened on his day off but he met me at his office to take care of it. I have been going to him for over 20 years.
