After the roof was replaced we we had a leak.  Two years prior we had had the same leak in basement which ended up that a boot was needed around exaust pipe on roof.  That solved the problem.  But during the roof replacement a nail cracked the boot and the leak was back again.  Roofer refused to listen.  He even bet us $1000 that it was pipes leaking.  We ended up having to hire the same gentleman  who had fixed the problem 2 years before come back.  He tried caulking around the pipe but that didn't solve the problem.  He ended up removing shingles and replacing the boot which had been cracked by a nail during reroofing.  It took us 3 months to finally get a refund check from the roofer.  I would never hire Frank Trunzo or his crew again.  Even though the roof looks great, his unprofessionalism handling the problem was totally uncalled for.
