Description of Work: I needed a new washing machine. I went to this store because it is near my home and I had good feedback from others who shopped there. The salesperson was helpful and patient--did not rush me while looking at various machines. I was quoted a price (in writing) and after doing some checking on line found it was fair. I purchased the machine a few days later and it was even delivered the same day! I may have saved a few $ at a box store, but I feel comfortable with these people and know if I need service in the future they will be there for me.
