Bill and his team are top notch. Replaced our roof and two side porch roofs in a day and a half, trim work and all. Mark and his guys tarped everything and cleaned up after day one and then again thoroughly when the job was done. It was almost like they were never here. Just as importantly, they made sure the neighbors were satisfied when they were done, especially since one neighbors house is just feet away. The noise was not nearly as bad as we thought it would be, neighborhood inconveniences were non-existent, and the whole process went quicker than expected. Excellent value, the final result looks amazing, and the communication was out of this world. Look no further, Bill is your guy for roofing, for sure.

From the very first time I called Ritter's Roofing to the end of the job this was completely professional and well done operation. Although I left a message on the first call, I was called back in a timely manner ( unlike the other contractors that I called ). I had to delay my decision the job for a bit from the time of the original call and in that time there was a nice, not pushy,follow up call. Obviously he valued my business.
Mr. Ritter and his entire crew were courteous very pleasant and professional and did a great job. His crew is amazing and I ahve never seen people work so hard and tirelessly.

We started negotiations in Oct 2012. Hurricane Sandy blew off much of the roof. He worked with me and State Farm and helped me negotiate with State Farm to get my roof done. He went out of his way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. Bill, owner, explained how the roof was laid out and was explaining that we can not do this project cheap. Even though he did it the right way he didn't charge me what he could have. First of all he was very sweet and honest. He gives affordable prices. He returns every phone call. He protected all the shrubbery and any damage done to anything on the house we would come back and fix it. His workers were very polite and Bill was the best work for the money. I wanted to see some his work so he sent me to some of the places that he had worked on previous. He goes the extra step and the extra mile. Whoever would hire him would be greatly happy with his work.

We needed the shingles replaced on our roof and decided to get a few estimates. One estimate was and quot;very highand quot;, another was very low and two were in the middle. One of the middle two was from out of the immediate area, while the other was from this area and had done work on a neighbor's house. We decided to go with the roofer from this area. Bill Ritter is a soft spoken, genuinely nice guy (sorry Bill) who is punctual and polite. When he said he would call or come to the house--he did on time. He, his crew and materials arrived at the day and hour he said they would. To make this story short, the house is a large cape with three dormers, side porch and an attached three car garage, laundry and powder rooms. It was a complete rip off, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shields on eaves and valleys, all new drip edge, new vent pipe flashing and ridge vents. All nails and debris was removed from the site. All this in two days. When he left us he told me to and quot;call him, no one else, if there are issuesand quot;. Right now, I would recommend Ritter's Roofing and I would call him again.

Back in Fall 2012, I had some shingles blow off after high winds from superstorm Sandy, I live high on a hill, winds can easily reach 70 or 80 mph during storms. Called a few roofers and ritter roofing was very prompt on calling me back. Came out to do an estimate, it was very reasonable and asked if I had any shingles on hand. I did and he offered to repair it right away, which he did. Then over winter/spring of this year, again after terrible high winds, I lost another shingle. Again, I called Ritter roofing, and within 2 days, he came up and repaired it. Bill even gave me a discount for using him again. I would recommend Bill Ritter Roofing as they are fair, prompt and courteous!

Everything went exactly as promised and property was cleaned up when they were done.

The pricing and the amount of time spent on the job was right. I was veryhappy.
