Eventually, someone from the office called me to tell me I would not be getting any estimate -  as the individual provider,,representing Perma Glaze/Perma Crete,  had a back problem that would prevent him from being able to do the job properly. There was no offer of a refund or any alternative solution.  The man didn't have the decency and/or professionalism to tell me this himself. I, myself, am a long term back sufferer and have the medical bills to prove it. I never once used my disability as an excuse to not guarantee  my work and services.   I am now in the process of contacting other contractors, that hopefully will be willing to correct the problem left by Perma Glaze / Perma Crete.  This problem could have been handled better just by continuing the communication and working towards an acceptable solution to resolve this issue.
