They do fantastic work and did everything they said they were going to do in the time they said it would be complete. They also explained thoroughly how the new equipment worked and answered any questions I had. They sweat the minor details... Carpeting was covered (finished basement) to protect from the dirt and grime and they even delivered the remaining oil to my parents. I would highly recommend National for any HVAC needs.

Service technician Derick initially came up on the 16th to diagnose the issue with my gas furnace and found that the exhaust fan blades were seized against the inside of the unit's housing.  He had to order a new unit and returned on the 19th to install it, and the system now runs flawlessly.

They are professional, prompt and thorough. The men have the patience to answer my questions and explain the maintenance that needs to be done by me. As far as the price goes, I haven't compared prices in quite a while. I'm sure that I did at one time, and still feel that I am getting a great deal for the services performed.

Start of the project was delayed a few times because the contractor did not complete prior jobs as quickly as anticipated. Once the job was started it went quickly and competently and was completed in 2 days. Clean-up was the one disappointment. Exemplary clean-up was promised. However, no clean-up was done after the first day's work and I had to clean up myself in order to use my washing machine which was covered in dirt and debris generated from running a new electrical line to the furnace. After the job was done and the crew left, I cleaned up a cigarette b*** and a half empty take-out coffee container that were left behind. Also clotheslines were taken down and not rehung.
