When the movers arrived on November 15 to load the truck, they did not take everything that was agreed-upon to take with my original contract. They took things that we re not supposed to go. They did not give me an itemized list of what they took I have no way of contacting them since they left my home with the furniture I was told I had to pay almost double what my original contract was for although they said I went approximately 100 ft.³ over they agreed upon space they proceed to charge me nearly 80% more than what I originally agreed to demanded that I give them $2000 at pick up. All I had was 1600 and gave them every penny I had in my pocket They left without giving me my itemized list. I don t even know what they have on the truck and a number of items were left behind that was on the list to be picked up. The driver who seems to be the one in charge was very unprofessional, and in my opinion, very disrespectful and his communication skills. One of the workers stated to me and my wife that he did not understand why he was doing the things the way he was packing things on the truck the way he was that it made no sense. I m not sure what he meant by that but I definitely feel I was way overcharged please I beg you for help. I m on disability. I m relocating for health reasons and I need help please. I basically live off disability, and I can t afford to be overcharged and taken advantage of. I totally feel that this is happening in this particular situation.

"Your signed contract clearly outlines that pricing is based on the final volume loaded and the inventory confirmed at pickup. On moving day, additional items were requested to be loaded beyond the original agreement, which increased the total cubic footage. Payment was collected only for the services and space used, in accordance with the contract you signed. At no point were items taken without authorization. Any items left behind were those that were not approved or not prepared for transport."
