About us

Keystone Tree has been in business for 35 years. There is a certified arborists on staff We do all phases of tree work from the smallest hedge to outstanding river birch and more. We offer a 10% discount to senior citizens and 5% to new customers. We bill at the end of each job. There is always a foreman on the job over seeing the crew. At the end of each job the owner always inspects to make sure all work is done and fulfilled to what the customer wanted.We aim to please.

All phases of tree work is offered by our company. along with tree and shrub planting, Cleaning gutters to your home when asked . Topping and shaping trees are our specialty. We are known for are take down of the larger trees in the area. all wood, brush and debri is removed from the site of the job. Stump removals, bushes, diagnosing trees, fertilizing, for all sort of problems it may be having and treat them as well., shrubs, spraying for all types of diseases

These people were so nice on the phone and when they looked at the job!!! They made it seem like they knew what they were doing....Not!!!!!!! The job took way long and I ended up paying more for the job I was quoted on from the started. I ended up kicking them off the job after I realized the owner would nod off and the tree climber smelled like Booz. I would not recommend this so called company to anyone.!!! Oh and if they do leave stumps behind or brush plan on having it on your property until the following month. I don't know how they last!!!!

For the last few months, I've tried to get Keystone to call me back to finish the job which I've paid for. The work couldn't be completed in Aug 2013 because of torrential rains that hit at the end of their work day. I've left maybe 30+ messages and gotten maybe 1-2 callbacks saying I was on the schedule then they wouldn't show. Am concerned that they might no longer be in business. Am now calling them several times a day so if I get a response then I will update AngiesList. This is really disappointing. Kathy and her team were great to work with. I don't understand why I can't get a firm answer from them.

They gave me a bid, made arrangements to come out and do the job, then just didn't come. They then didn't pick up or return my calls. It is so unprofessional

They called me back in a timely manner, they arrived on time to give the quote, their estimate was under the other company that bid, THEN they ended up doing more than we agreed upon. All in all, this was a wonderful experience!!! Kathy is such a sweet person, her crew is clean, conscientous, and polite. I would use them again in a heartbeat!


UPDATE: All seemed done, I paid for the job, then a torrential rain stopped the crew for almost an hour. Shortly after, they wrapped up for the day (it was late afternoon on a Friday). We were supposed to schedule another date to finish the work, but I've left 3 calls and haven't heard back. Keystone's folks seemed to have integrity so I'm hoping this lack of communication is an oversight.
