Very pleased with quality of work. Drywall repairs are perfect and cannot be detected. Two coats of paint on ceiling and walls. There were many windows. No paint on woodwork. Very professional! Two days and they were done!

Their quote was competitive with another painter we were considering, The prep crew identified and repaired more defects than even I was aware of. After they were done, you couldn't tell where the defects were originally. As we went along we had to expand the work to more rooms than I had anticipated, and they were able to do so without interruption. The painters did a good job of keeping paint off our hardwood flooring when doing the molding and kept a good ceiling line despite our not having the ceilings painted. All in all, they were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors.

Painters arrived early, stayed late, and worked diligently. Very polite and courteous. They did outstanding work and we enjoyed having them here.

Paint crew arrived on time as promised.  Draped all areas that might receive paint spatter. Were very respectful of my property, finished job in a timely manner and cleaned up extremely well.

The Cook brothers are excellent to work with. They were working on our project within a week of calling them. They are very professional and will correct anything that goes wrong. Their workers are punctual and are courteous enough to call if they will be late. They will do small and large jobs. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

Jim and his team are fantastic.  I've/we've had them do several different projects on our house and other locations (prior houses, investment properties etc).  They ALWAYS do their job on time and on budget.  They are easy with which to work too.  They have also done projects in a "pinch".  For example, when a storm knocked over one of our trees and it damaged our house, they repaired the fascia (sp?) board and repainted the damaged area within a few days.
Most importantly, Jim and his team have the integrity to do what they promise.  We have all heard horror stories of contractors that  make promises and never follow through.  Jim and his team have always done what they promise. When we purchased our hose, we had extensive work on all facets of our house (new roof, windows, chimney, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, hardwood floors etc).  We basically gutted the house.  Of the 15 contractors with which we worked, Jim Cook Painting is literally at "THE" top of our contractor ranking list.  We loved having them work in our house as they treated the property as their own.  I cannot be effusive in my praise of Jim and his team.

Jim and his people provided excellent service. They were timely and stayed on the job until done. My house is a three story Queen Anne Victorian with six colors. They prepped, sanded and applied primer where needed. Important to my wife is that the guys were very careful around her abundant plantings. They repaired my weather vane sitting high atop the house and erected scaffolding to do much of their work. The painting went well and has held up just fine.There were some very high and difficult to reach places that they painted as well. I have no reservations about Jim, his workers or the quality of his job.
