Products were good. Samples were good. But when we went in physically to discuss things, the person helping us seemed more preoccupied with who was walking through the door. My wife almost spoke up and said excuse me --we are over here. Customer service needs work in our opinion...even if a profession is commission only --do not make your customer you are looking at(or looking away from in this case) feel like they are coming second to the new customer not even in the door yet.
We were at Wilkes Barre location --not sure why Scranton came up.
