i went on line first to find the mini split ratings. got bids from a few installers and gerald smuri had the best price all gave me prices on a mitsubishe mr. slim which is rated one of the best. they came on time and put covers down where they had to walk in the house. smuri has been in business 35 yrs. so he's not a new comer to the game. he not only explained the system but then took his time to fill out the warranty but also filled all the paper work to get me a 250 rebate from ppl. all i have to do was to get my next bill and mail it in with the paperwork. great experience.
