When the installers came I was the only one home, so I asked to be sure they were solid wrought iron railings and columns. The workers assured me that they were, and proceeded with the installation. When my husband came home he tapped on them with a quarter and informed me they were in fact hollow. I called the company immediately and the owner then admitted there was probably a mistake and he would take $50.00 off the price. I asked him if he could replace the posts for $50.00 if they rusted out at the bottom, and he said no. I made the company rip out all the railings and do them over. I was lied to and was very aggravated. Would never trust this company again.
